Over the years, I’ve helped many individuals through relationship coaching, personal development and holistic healing practices. I am a certified relationship coach, and my work is informed by both professional training and an intuitive, client-centered approach that allows me to meet each person where they are.

My work focuses on providing practical tools, emotional support, and guidance to help clients navigate life’s challenges with clarity and confidence. My healing work is gentle, supportive, and respectful. Sessions may include hands-on healing, guided breathing, and body-based techniques designed to help release stress, restore balance, and support overall well-being. Everything I offer is done with care and consent, honoring each individual’s comfort level.

I have guided clients through dating, marriage, and family relationships, helping them navigate challenges as they arise. I have also assisted clients with decisions related to their business ventures, providing guidance and expertise tailored to their specific situations.

I am enthusiastic and passionate about having clients build stronger relationships, improve communication, and develop healthier connections with others and with themselves. My goals is to create a grounded, supportive space where clients feel supported, empowered, and equipped with tools they can carry into their daily lives.

My background also includes holding 2 Separate Associate in Science degrees. One in Accounting and the other in Business. Along with several Certificates of Accomplishment and Achievement earned in college. Currently I am also a Senior Business Analyst for a large company. I was a California Notary Public and have a background in both Profit and Non-Profit Businesses.
