Teaching Usui Reiki System of Natural Healing:
My Reiki instruction involves teaching you the principles and techniques of this Japanese Healing Art of Usui Reiki.
It includes explaining the concept of universal life energy to you and how it can be channeled through your hands to promote healing and balance to the recipient. My students will learn about the different hand positions used in Reiki treatments, as well as the principals of intention, compassion and self-care.
Additionally, my classes often involve hands-on practice, attunement to open the energy channels, and guidance on how to integrate Reiki into daily life for self-healing and helping others.
Reiki Training – Levels 1, 2 & 3:
Reiki training is a powerful and transformative experience that can help individuals tap into their innate healing abilities and promote balance and well-being in their lives. Whether you are a beginner looking to explore the world of energy healing or an experienced practitioner looking to deepen your practice, Reiki training offers something for everyone.

Reiki training is typically divided into three levels: Level 1, Level 2, and Master/Teacher Level. In Level 1, students learn the basics of Reiki, including how to use it for self-healing and for healing others. In Level 2, students learn how to use symbols to enhance the power and focus of their Reiki energy, as well as how to send healing energy at a distance. In the Master/Teacher Level, students learn how to attune and teach others, as well as deepen their own practice and understanding of Reiki.
At each level of Reiki training, students are encouraged to practice regularly and incorporate Reiki into their daily lives. This can help them develop a deeper connection with the energy and experience the profound healing and transformation that Reiki can bring.
